Mundaka => Lekeitio => Getaria

Our bike ride continues. Sunrise from our room in Mundaka.

A TV movie was going to be filmed at the cafe restaurant at our hotel. The normal tables were white plastic with plastic chairs…..dressed it up.

As we were leaving we noticed this cannon guarding harbor.

We rode 15 miles to end up right across the water from Mundaka our stop the previous night.

We are not far from France. The Tour de France bike race started in this part of Spain in 2023 and we were on some of the roads that they used. Someone painted a nice mural on this building.

Fishing boats in Ondarroa are ready and with the amount of fresh sea food consumed in Spain these boats are kept busy.

Surf’s up! We have seen a lot of surfers along the route.

An amazing ride today. Through forest and trees.

Then out on the shoreline.

Our hotel was surrounded by vineyards.
